Coin payments and withdrawals – methods, limits and how long it takes

Coin before your first deposit
Coin launched in 2024 under Igloo Ventures SRL and takes a noticeably crypto-first approach to money. The minimum deposit sits at $10 (or the equivalent in your chosen currency), and the platform supports everything from Bitcoin and Ethereum through to Visa and Mastercard loaded via a crypto on-ramp. What that means in practice is covered section by section below – starting with what you can put in, then moving on to the part that matters most: getting it back out again.
Coin's payment methods and their trade-offs
The funding and payout options split into two clear groups: native cryptocurrencies and conventional card or mobile-wallet routes. Each group behaves differently, and the direction of travel matters – not every funding method doubles as a withdrawal route.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Minimum deposit | Stated processing time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | ✓ | ✓ | $10 / crypto equivalent | 0–1 hours |
| Ethereum (ETH) | ✓ | ✓ | $10 / crypto equivalent | 0–1 hours |
| Tether (USDT) | ✓ | ✓ | $10 / crypto equivalent | 0–1 hours |
| Litecoin (LTC) | ✓ | ✓ | $10 / crypto equivalent | 0–1 hours |
| Visa / Mastercard (via crypto on-ramp) | ✓ | ✓ | $10 / card equivalent | 1–3 business days |
| Apple Pay | ✓ | — | $10 | Funding only |
| Google Pay | ✓ | — | $10 | Funding only |
Good to know: Apple Pay and Google Pay are funding rails. Money goes in through them quickly, but payouts come back via a different route – typically card or crypto. If you deposit with Apple Pay and then request a withdrawal, you will be directed through a card or crypto route, not back through the same wallet.
Requesting a payout from Coin
The withdrawal process follows a straightforward sequence. Here is how it works once your account is verified:
- Log in and navigate to the cashier or wallet section of the platform.
- Select "Withdraw" and choose your preferred payout method from those available to your account.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, within the stated limits.
- Confirm the destination – a wallet address for crypto or card details for fiat – and submit the request.
- If this is your first withdrawal, complete identity verification before the funds are released (see the verification section below).
Crypto withdrawals are processed without a fee on Coin's side. Fiat card payouts go through a crypto on-ramp conversion step, which adds the 1–3 business day window to the timeline.
The wait explained
Crypto route
For players using Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or Litecoin, Coin states a processing window of 0–1 hours – effectively instant for most transactions. The actual arrival time depends on network congestion for the relevant blockchain rather than anything on Coin's side. During busy periods on the Ethereum or Bitcoin network, on-chain confirmation can take longer, but the operator's internal processing time is quoted as under an hour.
Fiat and card route
Visa and Mastercard payouts are routed through a crypto conversion step, and the operator states a window of 1–3 business days for those. Weekends and bank processing times at the receiving institution can push that toward the longer end of the stated window. If you need funds quickly, the crypto route is the practical choice.
What can slow things down
Two things routinely delay a withdrawal regardless of the method: a pending verification request and an active bonus. If a bonus is still attached to the balance, the wagering conditions need to be met before a cash withdrawal is processed. For verification, see the section below on identity checks.
Caps, fees and currency
The monthly withdrawal cap
Coin sets a monthly withdrawal ceiling of up to $500,000 (or the equivalent in EUR or your account currency). For the vast majority of players this ceiling will never be relevant, but high-stakes players should note it exists. There is no stated per-transaction minimum for withdrawals beyond the account's general deposit floor.
Fees
Coin does not charge a fee on crypto withdrawals. For card withdrawals processed via the on-ramp, the operator's own pages do not publish a conversion fee; players using that route should factor in that a currency conversion step takes place, and any margin on the conversion rate is effectively a cost.
Currency
The platform supports USD, EUR, GBP and several cryptocurrencies, among others. GBP is available for UK players. Amounts quoted on Coin's own pages are often in USD; where you fund in GBP, the conversion applies at the rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
Identity checks at Coin
Coin operates with a no-KYC registration policy by default – you can sign up and play without uploading documents upfront. However, standard practice at licensed operators is to request identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. You should expect to provide:
- A government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence)
- Proof of address dated within the last three months
- Confirmation of the payment method used to fund the account
Having these documents ready before you request your first payout will avoid any additional delay. The operator licences under Anjouan Gaming (Union of Comoros) and Costa Rica, both of which are offshore jurisdictions – enforcement of KYC requirements is less stringent than under a UK Gambling Commission licence, but the verification step still applies when the operator decides to request it.
When a payout is late or refused
Late or held withdrawals are almost always explained by one of three things: an outstanding verification request, an active bonus that has not cleared wagering, or a mismatch between the deposit and withdrawal methods. In each case, the only route to a resolution is through Coin's own support team – we are an information portal and have no access to player accounts or transaction records.
When you contact support, have the following ready:
- The date and time you submitted the withdrawal request
- The amount and the method you selected
- Any reference or transaction number shown in the cashier
- The status message, if one is displayed
Coin offers support via Live Chat, Telegram and email. Live Chat is the fastest route for an active withdrawal query. If you have not had a response through one channel, try another – Telegram in particular is a direct route for crypto-related questions.
Gambling responsibly with Coin
Coin provides a self-exclusion tool at the operator level. Before depositing, it is worth setting a deposit limit that reflects what you are comfortable spending as entertainment. Gambling should never be treated as a method of recovering money or generating income.
If gambling stops feeling like fun, free and confidential support is available in the UK through BeGambleAware, GamCare (National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133, free, 24/7) and GamStop, which offers free national self-exclusion. Frequently asked questions
How long does a withdrawal from Coin take if I use crypto?
Coin states a processing window of 0–1 hours for cryptocurrency withdrawals, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and Litecoin. Actual arrival time depends on the relevant blockchain network; during periods of heavy on-chain traffic, confirmation may take a little longer even after the operator releases the funds.
What is the maximum I can withdraw from Coin each month?
The operator sets a monthly withdrawal ceiling of up to $500,000 (or the equivalent in your account currency). Most players will not reach this limit, but it is worth noting if you intend to make large withdrawals.
Can I withdraw using Apple Pay or Google Pay after depositing with them?
Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for deposits only on Coin. If you fund your account through either of those methods, your withdrawal will need to be processed via a different route – card through the crypto on-ramp, or a supported cryptocurrency. Payouts via Apple Pay or Google Pay directly are not available.
Why might my Coin withdrawal be held before it is processed?
The most common reasons are an outstanding identity verification request, a bonus still attached to the balance that has not yet met its wagering conditions, or a mismatch between the deposit and withdrawal method. If your withdrawal is held, contact Coin's support team via Live Chat or Telegram with the transaction date, amount and any reference number from the cashier.
